Sunset in the Ground
This Sunset in the Ground set is my first experience with coloring. I slowed down the oxidation process which allowed me to watch the change in colors. Rather than dropping the sterling in hot water with liver of sulfer and pulling it out black. I put the liver of sulfter in hot water, allowed it to cool and using a paint brush, painted the cool water on the pieces. Watched the colors changed and used soapy water when the coloring was where I wanted it. I have no previous experience with this process, but I plan on learning all about it. It is absolutely eye catching.
